Booking Policy for Reiki Sessions Booking Process: Clients can book their Reiki sessions through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability. Advance Booking: Clients are encouraged to book their sessions in advance to secure their preferred date and time. We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure the full duration of the session. If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking for online bookings. For bookings made over the phone or via email, payment can be made in advance or upon arrival for the session. Refunds: Refunds are available for cancellations made within the specified time frame. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Special Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate clients in such situations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss any special circumstances regarding your booking. Group Bookings: Group bookings for multiple clients or events are available upon request. Please contact us directly to discuss group booking options and availability. Confirmation: Clients will receive a confirmation email or text message upon booking their session, including details of the appointment and any instructions or requirements. Policy Updates: This booking policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any updates or changes to the policy will be communicated to clients via our website or direct communication.
