A simple ritual to start your day with positive energy and balance


Starting your day with a quick energy-boosting ritual can help you feel centered, clear and ready to take on the day ahead. This ritual includes a few simple steps, combining breathing techniques, self Reiki and intention setting.


  1. Ground Yourself

Find a quiet space and stand with your feet firmly on the ground. Take a few deep breaths and imagine roots growing from your feet into the earth, grounding and connecting you to the Earths Energy.



  1. Set your Intention

Take a moment to set a clear intention for the day. You can say something like, "I welcome positive energy and balance into my life today" Focus on what you would like to feel or accomplish.


  1. Self Reiki-Healling (Heart and Solor Plexus)

Place one hand on your heart and the other on your Solor Plexus (just above you navel) Close your eyes and breathe deeply. As you exhale imagine tension leaving your body. As you inhale, visualise postive energy flowing in. Hold this position for 2-3 minutes





  1. Deep Breathing Excercise

Take 5 slow deep breaths. Inhale through your nose, hold for 3 seconds and exhale through your mouth. With each breath, imagine yourself drawing in energy, and releasing any stress or negativity.


  1. Finish with Gratitude

End the ritual by expressing gratitude for the energy, clarity and strength you've called into your day. Smile and remind yourself that you are ready to face the day ahead with positivity. Make this ritual a part of your morning routine to invite daily balance and energy into your life.
